Returned products must not be damaged, must be in the same condition as when you received them, and must be in the original box and/or packaging. 

The original shipping fee is not refundable. Once your return is received and inspected by our staff.

All returns/exchanges must be undamaged, intact, in original condition, and contain all original contents. Otherwise, a minimum of a 50% restocking fee will apply.

Ringke returning products should not in condition of

- Damage packaging

- Protective layer (scratch prevention) on case is REMOVED

- Missing content from original packaging

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, except in condition where the company was at fault (such as manufacturing defect or wrong item sent due to RingkeMalaysia's error).

We recommend that you insure your return package or send with delivery tracking and confirmation since RingkeMalaysia is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

• Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use
• Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose
• Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
• Product that has been modified or altered
